研究方向

植物生理生态学:植物功能性状(重点关注水力性状)在不同尺度如何协调和适应环境。

演化生理生态学:结合物种的功能性状、分布环境和系统发育探讨植物的演化规律。

一直从事植物生理生态学、演化生态学的研究。以植物功能性状为切入点,在物种水平、演化类群、生物区系和全球尺度上系统研究不同植物类群的适应机制和演化模式。主要学术贡献有1) 提出了全球尺度水分梯度-水力性状协同假说,拓展了植物水分生理生态学的研究尺度 (Science Advances, 2019; New Phytologist, 2021)2) 阐明了不同类群(禾本科和木兰科)的地理分布及适应策略,揭示了功能性状的演化生态位保守性 (New Phytologist, 2022; Journal of Experimental Botany, 2015; 2019)3) 构建了动植物分布数据库和演化模型,发现了全球物种气候生态位演化规律的一致性 (Nature Ecology & Evolution, 2020; Journal of Biogeography, 2016)

共发表SCI论文44篇,中文核心论文16篇;近5年发表SCI论文34篇,其中唯一第一作者论文8篇,共一和通讯3篇,论文总他引1321次,h-index 19 (Google Scholar 2022.05)。主持国家自然科学基金2项,科技部重点研发子任务1项,教育部、广东省和广州市项目3项、中科院项目若干,参与申请木兰科新品种2个。长期为20余个国际国内主流期刊审稿,多次在国内外学术会议上做报告。2018年广州市珠江科技新星、2019年中科院青年创新促进会、2021年中科院特聘研究基础原创类骨干岗位、2022SCI期刊Plant DiversityIF=3.359)编委。
